What are the office hours?

Do we offer 24-hour access?

The Tenant is able to access their unit and the direct route to their unit at any time, day or night, for only the lawful purpose of loading and unloading storable property while adhering to the lease agreement, posted signs, rules, and regulations of the facility.

Am I required to store long-term?

We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card, E-Transfer or cash. Additionally, you can discuss autopay options with your facility manager.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What does 24-hour access entail?

24-hour access means that you have unrestricted entry to a facility or service at any time of the day, allowing you to use or access it around the clock.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, liquids, or firearms, odour-producing items, more clarification in the lease agreement, posted signs, rules and regulations of the facility.

What are the Most Common Fees?

  • Late Payment & Lockout: After 5 days of nonpayment (meaning the tenants bill not paid in full), the tenant will be locked out of the unit and a late fee of 35.40 will be applied for each payment that has not been completed.
  • Account Delinquency & Disposal: If the tenant's account remains unpaid for 60 days, the landlord has the right to dispose of or auction off the contents of the unit, including any items stored on the property.
  • Dumping & Abandonment Fees: If items are left on the premises but not lawfully stored inside the tenant’s unit, a fee of $500, plus any applicable disposal costs, will be charged to the tenant.
